Terms of Service

Thanks for choosing the Rytr affiliate program! By joining Rytr’s affiliate partner program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You cannot run ads that bid on Rytr brand search terms.  If caught your account will be deleted along with all commissions. 
2. If running ads you must list Rytr brand search terms as negative keywords including 'rytr' 'rytr.me' 'rytr ai' 'rytr reviews' 'rytr coupon' 'rytr me'.
3. No self-referrals
4. Commission must reach the threshold of $100 before payout is due. 
5. Commission is due 30 days after transaction on the first working day of the following month e.g. if a customer converts 14th March, this payout will be due 1st working day of May.

Full Terms: 1. Sponsored ads 1.1 Running ads on branded keywords such as Rytr, rytr.me, online rytr, ai rytr etc on Google, Facebook, or other similar advertisement channels is strictly prohibited. 1.2 If found running sponsored ads on brand keywords this will lead to a cancellation of your affiliate account without refunding any payments. Please note that any combination of branded keywords such as rytr pricing, rytr review, or rytr comparison, etc, would be considered a violation of our terms and conditions. 1.3 Rytr has trademarked all its keywords, so if you run search ads on Google or Bing, you must set negative keywords for rytr and rytr.me. 1.4 You are prohibited from using the Rytr brand name in your domain name, including any misspellings. If found doing so, we will ask you to take it down, and any commission, regardless of origin, will be revoked. 2. Independent Contractor 2.1 Affiliates are independent contractors of Rytr. You have no right to act on behalf of or bind Rytr in any way nor share in the profits or losses of Rytr. 2.2 The only compensation available to You is set forth in this Agreement. You are solely and exclusively responsible and liable for all of Your acts or omissions. Modifications. 2.3 This Agreement and Rytr standard Terms of Service may be modified by Rytr at any time, with or without prior notice to You. 3. Payments 3.1 Payments are made on the first of every month, at least 30 days after the referred customer has converted to a paid account. For example, if a customer you referred subscribes to a paid plan on January 3rd, you'll be paid on March 1st. 3.2 Payments will be made in the month the due commission is or above $100. 4. Self-referral 4.1 Self-referral is strictly prohibited. The aim of the program is to incentivize you to refer others. Please don’t consider this as a method of obtaining a discount on your Rytr account. 4.2 Any commission earned on self-referral will be voided and lead to a cancellation of your affiliate account. 5. Inappropriate sites 5.1 You cannot promote Rytr on any inappropriate websites or websites that contain defamatory/violent/adult/offensive content or websites that violate third-party rights or applicable laws. 6. Affiliate links 6.1. Rytr may discontinue, replace, suspend, alter or modify Affiliate Links and campaigns in its sole discretion. 6.2. Affiliate’s Affiliate Links may only be placed on Affiliate Sites. 6.3. Only valid Affiliate Links obtained through the Affiliate Program will be tracked for purposes of determining Referral Fees. Affiliate shall be responsible to ensure that each Affiliate Link placed on its Affiliate Sites is correctly formatted and shall promptly notify Rytr of any malfunctioning Affiliate Links. 6.4. Rytr may provide certain Affiliate Links in connection with time-based promotions, coupons or offers. Affiliate must conspicuously post the terms of any such promotion, coupon or offer on the applicable Affiliate Site and Affiliate shall not post or distribute such Affiliate Links prior to the start date of the applicable promotion or offer.
